Futuresense provides an Application Support Team for Hyperion which enables users to become more self-sufficient and efficient as they’re given access to support specialists who provide rapid answers to their application questions. Change Control and Maintenance

  • Regular performance monitoring
  • Server performance monitoring and resource availability in order to assist in maintaining server performance and planning future upgrades

Hyperion support is provided to our clients on a continuous basis, and consultants are available to resolve Hyperion related issues as soon as possible in order to have a limited interruption in the client’s workday. Hyperion support can be provided at the client’s offices or remote at Futuresense’ offices. After hours support can be arranged.
